Weight Watchers

Im back on the waggon. My weight is DISGUSTING! 195.4 as of Monday 1/17/11! GROSS
My goal is to loose at least 50lbs by July. The BIG 3-0! I really need to stick to this and work my ass off. I cannot stand being fat anymore. I firmly belive that it's also why I have no motivation to do anything. I hate wearing clothes because nothing fits right. I live in sweats and t shirts and ponytails. I dont know why I even bother to get a haircut because it's never down or done. Im lucky if I blow dry it once a month. UGH
Todaty I did really well and I need to keep pushing myself.
Anyone have any good tips or WW friendly recipies?
