crock pot chicken and chickpeas

This was so yummy and tasted even better the next day for lunch.

I used 5 small boneless chicken breasts

1 can of chickpeas rinsed
1 small onion diced
3 carrots chopped
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
16 oz homemade pasta sauce

toss everything in the crockpot on high for 6 hours.

serve over spaghetti
this was enough to feed my family of 5 and I still had enough for my lunch the next day
