The Big Toy Book's Baby Palooza #btbbabypalooza

A few weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity to attend The Big Toy Book Baby Palooza in NYC. This event was held by Laurie Schacht, The Toy Insider, Reyne rice, CEO of Toy Trends, Charlene DeLoach, from the Charlene Chronicles, and Joey Fortman, of Real Mom Media.

There I got to connect with some amazing brands such as Delta Children, Cloud B, VTech, Mega Bloks, Madame Alexander Dolls, First Builders and The First Years.

The event was chock full of information about each brand and the amazing products they put out.

The First Years has an amazing new Convertible Car Seat coming out and we got a sneak peek at it.

The First Years True Fit IAlert convertible car seat monitors four safety areas including installation angle, unattended child alert, child out of seat alert and temperature check.

This car seat works with any smart phone and will alert you of all of the above. I know that my Olivia has a horrible habit of attempting to unbuckle her car seat and I can't count how many times I have had to pull over. With the IAlert I will be alerted immediately if she does this.

·         The first mobile-synched car seat that will be available to consumers
·         Alerts parents if the child moves out of the car seat while the vehicle is in motion
·         Alerts parents if the child is left in the car seat when the vehicle is not in motion
·         Smartphone app assists in achieving the recommended angle orientation when installing rear-facing
·         App reminds caregivers to buckle up their child
·         App displays the temperature in the back seat of the car
·         MSRP $399.99, now available for pre-orders on Amazon.com, shipping to consumers in June

 Madame Alexander:

They recently released a WASHABLE line of Wizard of OZ plush dolls.

Alexander Dolls by Madame Alexander is celebrating 90 years of providing baby dolls and dolls for life. My personal favorite, Annie was there and I have hinted to Hubs that she would make THE PERFECT Mother's Day gift for me!

 Cloud B:
There are some new features to the Cloud B Twilight Turtle:

You can now connect to the Twilight Turtle with blue tooth!! The Twilight Turtle can even play some Beastie Boys if you would like it to! Baby 4.0 definitely needs the new Twilight Turtle. They provide comforting sounds, soothing lullabies and lights.

VTech:

Being a Mom for almost 12 years I have had my fair share of VTech toys in our house. We have alwasy been a fan and are even more so now. The InnoTab Baby is an awesome tablet made exclusively for babies ages 12 months and up.

Olivia is 3 going on 4 and I feel that the InnoTab Baby is prefect for her age group. It is much easier for her to use and play the games than some of the other leading tablets for kids. The InnoTab products are designed with age appropriate activities. There are stories, songs, games, a camera and even video! My Olivia LOVES the camera and video features! You can read my review HERE

VTech also has out the Go! Go! Smart Wheels Airport Playset. There are sounds, lights and much more.

MegaBrands:

Mega Bloks!! We currently have TONS of Mega Bloks in our house and my girls cannot get enough of them. MegaBrands offers First Builder, the new Barbie playsets for girls, Princess bloks and so much more.

Delta Children:

Wow! so many awesome products from Delta Children. We currently have the book/toy storage shelves in ouor house and my girls adore them.

We had the opportunity to check out the showroom and it was there that I fell in love with a Nursery furniture set for baby 4.0

Delta Children has a testing facility in New Jersey and I am hoping to take the tour soon.

They offer s variety of products such as the ones below

By attending the BabyPalooza I was provided an awesome swag bag filled with products!
