#ad Chocolate Chip Muffins made with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter And A GIVEAWAY!! #CookwithSpreads

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Unilever. All thoughts and opinions are my own, I am so thrilled to have this opportunity to share my experience as part of this sponsored campaign from I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®, etc.

Since it's been getting a tad crazy around her I decided to go with an easy recipe that my kids love. Chocolate Chip Muffins. Now, I will admit I didn't make them from scratch but they were still darn tasty.

My Hubs is super picky about how baked good are baked. I guess you could call him a Baked Good Snob!!

To see how my experience went check out this video of my kids and I making chocolate chip muffins.

I am really surprised to say that baking with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter totally surprised me. I couldn't even taste the difference. I admit I was super skeptical and expected the muffins to taste gross but there was honestly no difference.

Hubs didn't notice any changes to the chocolate chip muffins! That is a first!
Instead of using the 1/4 c of oil like the directions called for I used a tablespoon and a half of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

I like that I can offer my family a delicious spread that is made with 70% less saturated fat and 30% fewer calories than butter, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® soft spreads contain no cholesterol or hydrogenated oils, so there’s 0g trans fat per serving.

We don't often have much junk in the house { well, now we do since I am pregnant! } so a chocolate chip muffin is a treat for my girls.

See just how much they liked the muffins we made with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®

Our muffins came out so nice and moist and they weren't missing any flavor at all. I am so glad that we have found an alternative to using oils!

Giveaway time!! One Lucky reader is going to have the chance to win a $50 WalMart Gift Card!!

Cooking your favorite recipes using Unilever buttery spreads is a deliciously smart move. With 0g trans fats per serving, less saturated fat and fewer calories than butter, cholesterol-free spreads are a better option.
