Grabbing some energy with 5-hour ENERGY® #GIVEAWAY @5hourenergy #Yummification

5-hour ENERGY® Shot

* Disclosure: Party of 5 received samples in order to facilitate this review. As always all opinions are my own.*

Life with 4 very active kids can be super exhausting. There are times when we are on the go all day and I am up until who knows when working. The next day and sometimes days I am so tired and need some energy to survive the day.

With 5 hour energy I can get a little boost in my day.
A liquid energy shot that can be added to my favorite NON caffeinated soda or coffee, smoothie, fruit and veggie juice, lemonade and water.

I chose to add mine to my afternoon decaf coffee and call it "Five Alive!" The afternoon is when I can feel all of my energy slipping away. It also happens to be when I have to get the most stuff accomplished.

Facts about 5-hour ENERGY®

5 hour energy drinks contain a blend of B-vitamins, amino acids and nutrients. There is zero sugar, zero herbal stimulants and four calories

Caffeine in a 5-hour ENERGY® shot is comparable to a cup of the leading premium coffee

May consume up to 2 bottles of 5-hour ENERGY®, spaced several hours apart. For moderate energy, drink ½ bottle of 5-hour ENERGY®

Helps people feel alert and energized for hours

Unfortunately, I can't add it to any of my favorite drinks ... so if I had to make one up, maybe I would add some of the pink lemonade to 7-up or Sprite and make a sparkling pink lemonade.
