Making sure our meat is properly cooked is something that makes me crazy. I don't want to get myself or the kids sick.

To make sure our meatloaf was cooked through I just placed the probe in the middle and viola! This was actually super well done. 

My only complaint is that I didn't find a reference any where as to what temp the meats should be cooked at.
