Food As It Should Be #PaneraGoodness

Disclosure: This has been a sponsored post brought to you by Panera. All opinions are my own.

This year I have vowed to start and stick to losing weight. I am done having babies so there are no more excuses. It's time for a healthier, more active Mom!

While eating out often tends to be hard, I have found that at Panera Bread I can indulge in some of my favorites while not feeling too guilty.

Panera’s “You Pick Two” option helps me stick to my calorie count while enjoying a delicious cup of Low-Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Soup along with a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. Each portion is the right size to fill me up while giving me protein to keep me going all day.

Panera Bread also is working to remove all artificial preservatives, colors, sweeteners or flavors from their food menu by the end of 2016. They do not serve food with artificial trans fats. Food should taste like food and not junk and Panera Bread has made that happen with its clean menu!

Talk about enjoying your food and eating healthier at the same time!

Not only does Panera Bread serve lunch and dinner, they also serve a delicious breakfast. The Turkey Sausage, Egg White & Spinach Breakfast Power Sandwich is seriously super filling and oh so tasty. The best part besides the delicious taste is it is only 400 calories and 16 grams of protein! Pair that with a Summer Fruit cup and your morning breakfast is made.

I love that I can rely on Panera Bread to satisfy my cravings while eating clean and healthy foods!
