Keeping My Floors Clean With Swiffer & A Giveaway #FallReset

This review was made possible by iConnect Influencer Management, Febreze and Swiffer was compensated for my participation in this campaign, but all opinions are 100% mine

Having 4 kids, 2 dogs and a husband often leaves me wanting to pull my hair out when it comes to cleaning. Our floors are often dirty and I can't keep up making sure they are spotless.

Half of our house has hardwood floors and the other half tile so imagine keeping those clean with all those people and pets! Hardwood floors react differently to cleaning solutions. I often wondered why our hardwood floors often looked streaky and not so clean.

Swiffer recently introduced the Swiffer Wet Jet Mop For Wood Floors starter kit ( $22.99 ) It includes:
The mop
4 AA batteries
12 cleaning pads
2 solution 1 wood 1 regular

The new solution for hardwood floors makes cleaning those hardwood floors a breeze and they look great again. It gets up all of the yuck on the floor and makes me ok with the kids rolling around on it again.

With fall arriving and tons of family parties going on, I wanted to find a way to keep our home somewhat odor free. FEBREZE introduced a new scent, Big Sur and it is perfect for fall. It's citrusy, spicy, and vibrant with notes of sandalwood, jasmine and cherry. Spraying our throw pillows once or twice a day helps the whole livingroom.

By using our Swiffer and Febreze products I can keep our house fresh and clean even when unexpected visitors pop in!

How do you keep your house smelling and looking clean when you are in your busiest time?

We always tell our kids, "clean as you go". If you allow dozens of small tasks to accumulate, the job of cleaning becomes big enough that you tend to not do it. If you clean everything as it becomes dirty, is doesn't seem so overwhelming.

I try to pick up and tidy up each night before bed. It starts the day off bad to wake up to an untidy house.

I keep my home clean by being very organized. I put things back where they belong after using so no clutter. I make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away.

I have my kids help me with dinner and dishes at night. Everyone pitches in and helps me keep the house clean.

I do not keep my house clean at all times. Having company over is good motivation, though.

It's really hard to do but I have a routine every day when I come home from work.

The hardest part is keeping the floors clean when I have a dog that sheds like crazy.

that's easy- I vacuum everything all the time. kids are always spilling stuff on the floor!

We do a fifteen minute clean up each evening before the kids go to bed so that there is nothing messy on the floor or around the house. I also have a cleaning schedule for bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming etc.

I have 7 cats, and I'm allergic to cats.
Which motivates me to vacuum and dust a LOT more often than I would otherwise. ;)
